The House Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page 1, line 3, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following:

            “with the following amendments:

On page 1, section 1.2 by striking the words, ‘§30-3-12 and §30-1-7a’, and inserting ‘§30-3-7’.”
